A novembre 2015, ho seguito una sfida: “November Daily Drawing” che consisteva nel realizzare ogni giorno un disegno diverso seguendo una lista di temi.
I vari temi giornalieri erano legati all’inverno e al Natale (Snowman, Fireplace, Igloo, Soup, Christmas Wreath ecc) e io per mio divertimento ho aggiunto il filo conduttore di Star Wars (in quel periodo sarebbe uscito il capitolo VII). Sono realizzati tutti ad acqurello e china.
Drawings made for Drawlloween 2016 (an initiative that consists in making a drawing per day following a list of themes) together with INKtober (an initiative that encourages artists from all over the world to make a drawing in ink per day).
I thought to draw all the various monsters as they were the stickers I collected as a child, The Sborbions (or Garbage Pail Kids in English).
Disegni realizzati per Drawlloween 2016 (iniziativa che consiste nel fare un disegno al giorno seguendo una lista di temi) unita ad INKtober (legata al disegno a china). Ho pensato di disegnare tutti i vari mostri e personaggi come fossero le figurine che collezionavo da piccola, Gli Sborbions (o Garbage Pail Kids).
In 2016 I curated together with Mika Madden and Andrea Moretto an exhibition of tributes to “Attack on Titan”.
The exhibition had the title “La Legione degli Artisti”, and from there was born the collective in which Andrea and I are organizers.
For the exhibition I made two posters (for the stage in July and then for that of October) and several illustrations on display always with the giant anthropophagous protagonists of the Japanese series, but translated into a different dimension.
Nel 2016 ho curato assieme a Mika Madden e Andrea Moretto una mostra di omaggi a “L’attacco dei giganti”.
La mostra aveva come titolo “La Legione degli Artisti”, e da la è nato il collettivo in cui io e Andrea siamo organizzatori.
Per la mostra ho realizzato due locandine (per la tappa a luglio e poi per quella di ottobre) e diverse illustrazioni esposte in mostra sempre con protaginisti i giganti antropofagi della serie giapponese, però traslati in una dimensione diversa.
On October 2015 I followed the challenge “Drawlloween”, which consisted in making a drawing a day following the daily theme of the creators of the initiative.
The various themes, given the name “Drawllowen”, were related to names of monsters or similar. Here they all are, they are made partly in pencil and partly in ink/marker
Ad ottobre 2015 ho seguito la challenge “Drawlloween“, che consisteva nel realizzare un disegno al giorno seguendo la tematica giornaliera dei creatori dell’iniziativa.
I vari temi, dato il nome “Drawllowen”, erano legati a nomi di mostri o simili. Eccoli tutti qui, sono realizzati in parte a matita ed in parte a china/marker
